About the
RDA . . .
The RDA is a volunteer-driven,
membership organization formed by individuals dedicated to improving the image,
physical environment, and economic stability and revitalization of downtown
Rockville. Membership and involvement is open to any individual/ group or
business that shares the vision of a revitalized Rockville. The RDA is a 501 (c
) (3) non-profit organization registered with the IRS.
